60 Second CPS Test
One full minute — pure clicking endurance
The 1 minute click challenge
The 60 second CPS test is an endurance event. Nobody holds their burst speed for a minute — the winners are the ones who lose the least. Your total is also your clicks per minute (CPM): multiply any CPS score by 60 and you'll see why 6 CPS sustained equals a serious 360 clicks.
60 second benchmarks
200–300 total clicks (3.3–5 CPS) is a solid result. 350–450 means excellent stamina. Anything over 500 clicks in a minute puts you in trained-clicker territory. Expect your average to land 30–40% below your 5 second score.
Surviving the full minute
- Start at 80% of your max pace — sprinting the first ten seconds ruins the last thirty.
- Switch micro-techniques mid-run (finger tap → wrist tap) to spread the fatigue.
- Shake out your hand for ten seconds before starting; warm muscles last longer.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a good clicks-per-minute score?
200–300 clicks in 60 seconds is solid, 350–450 is excellent, and 500+ is trained-clicker territory.
Is the 60 second test bad for my hand?
A few attempts are fine, but stop if you feel strain. Stretch your fingers and wrist between runs — endurance clicking works small muscles hard.
