What is Visual Memory?
How It Works
Several tiles flash on a grid. After they disappear, click the tiles that were highlighted. Each level adds one more tile.
Average Level
Most adults reach level 4–6. With practice, level 8–10 is common. Spatial memory varies significantly between individuals.
Tips
Create a mental map of the grid, use relative positions ("two tiles left of center"), and practice regularly to expand your visual working memory.
FAQ
How is this different from sequence memory?
Here all tiles flash at once; sequence memory shows them one by one.
Can I train visual memory?
Yes — regular practice improves spatial working memory over time.
